Meet Jamiliee

A Trilingual Pop Artist Fusing Arab and Latin Sounds into Western Pop for a Global Generation.

Proudly representing Syrian-Mexican-American heritage.

From the mountains to the sea.

VERACRUZ, MEXICO

Jamiliee is an Arab-Latina pop artist creating music from mountains to sea—blending culture, rhythm, and storytelling into Western pop shaped by Afro and R&B influences rooted in the Syrian highlands and the port of Veracruz, Mexico.

Her sound carries a melancholic depth, layered with Latin grooves and driven by undeniable passion. It moves between vulnerability and strength—where arabic traditional patterns, reggaeton, and subtle dembow textures meet Arabic melodic ornamentation. Emotion leads every phrase. Lyricism is intentional. The storytelling is intimate, raw, and evolving.

Out of My Hands is Jamiliee’s college debut album—a diary turned into sound where she honed skill and craft, dedication, and created a 12 track preview of her vision. Centered on heartbreak, self-discovery, and surrender, the project captures her search for identity both sonically and emotionally during life threatening times. It is vulnerable yet intentional, with a range of different kinds of tracks from jazz, traditional pop, alternative, and an introduction into what album 2 sonically will be based around, “Speed race and Talk 2 Me” share well. “Out of my hands” invites listeners into her inner world where she discovers her sound, her voice and writes truth, ultimately this is the foundation for her second chapter arriving towards the end of 2027. This 20 song album featuring Hindi, French, English, Spanish, and Arabic languages titled, :”The art of healing”, creates a new pathway for listeners of many cultures to celebrate, heal and welcome hope, tranquility, joy and also raw honest emotion surrounding non-linear healing. Her second album is an exploration of complex sound, harmony, unique storytelling and embodying heritage, culture through new experiences. Finally, her third project follows, titled, “its the Texas in me” embarking on her creative and native songwriting style, featuring acoustic tracks surrounded by intimate vocals, collaborations with beautiful creators and focusing truly on her identity. Writing Influences and focuses of hers vary from each project and include inspirations drawn from: Joni Mitchell, Alessia Cara, Lady Gaga, Rosalia, Kali Uchis, Fairuz, Faouzia, Julia Michaels, Lizzie Mcapline, Kacy Musgraves, Ariana Grande, Dolly Parton, Raye, Saint Levant, Naika, Omar Apollo, SZA and more.

Jamiliee’s music is a meeting place—where cultures, languages, merging of genres and understanding can both live and thrive no matter the rhythm put to it. She is the bridge that will bring unity amongst this generation globally, it is just a matter of time.

vision it. dream it. execute it. live it. share it.

This dream was a vision that started in my bedroom, stories and emotions turned into full production songs at Berklee and the resilience of almost losing life that brings me here to vulnerably share my story, it is my purpose. You can be anything and anyone you choose to be, do it scared, do it chronically ill and sick, do it broke, do it alone and never stop because someone said so, whether its another musician, label, stranger, parents—DO IT AND NEVER LOOK BACK.

Jamiliee’s most frequently asked questions…

How do you pronounce your name? What does it mean?

How would you best describe how she works in this industry?

Jamiliee is the bridge between the creative world, and working within business systems. As an artist she wears many hats and leans towards creating her own path whether it is through songwriting, foundational work in education, or her small businesses with a mission to give back. She is an introvert at times but a BIG social butterfly. While she is a creator, educator to neurodivergent toddlers learning music and an entertainer at heart, she is very much a regular human like you who needs a lunch break or a nap after a proposal is sent out.

Juh-mee-lee!

Why Artistry?

ليش الفن؟

Por qué el arte?

I was born for it. I just have this unwavering belief and optimism that it will all work out. People ask me how I know? I trust God’s vision he put into my soul, into my heart to make big jumps, and I never fell too hard where I couldn’t get up. I almost died 3 times in 2024, so when I tell you “THIS IS WHAT I WANT” it really is. My passion overrules over anything. Even on the days I feel like quitting. I have artists and collegues ask how I keep going. MAKE BELIEF IN YOURSELF YOUR RELIGION, meaning your vision, strategy, collaboration, hustle, grit and being grateful for every opportunity is the secret mix to creating the dream into a reality. I genuinely create to help someone feel heard and learn to speak up. I write so openly to share experiences. NEVER will my music be to earn a paycheck over my morals and goals to help someone. I don’t want to be just a US artist, I want to go international. I will sell out arenas one day, not because I love crowds or attention all that much but because people will know authenticity when they see it and it will all be worth it to see the millions of people that learn to use their voice through my storytelling because I served the purpose God intended for me to do being an artist. I just played my first arena show to 10,000 people singing to Jill Scott selected as the 1% to represent berklee and re-learning hope, confidence, and purpose for the 3rd time professionally was humbling, AND rewarding. In sharing my story God has shown me a vision, a MASSIVE one since I was a little girl and I will do everything I can to make it happen. Artistry is a lifestyle, hardest job to do in 2026 but the joy of making someone feel something is rewarding. I wouldn’t do anything else because music feels like my safe place, my belonging, my rest in the storm of chaos even if I am drowning. I could not live without it. and that is my why.
